Start a New Career with the Parts for Trucks Training Academy

No Experience Necessary 

Parts for Trucks Training Academy is a program specially designed to accelerate your education towards a rewarding career as a heavy-duty service technician.

Once you are hired, you will be placed in the Technician Accelerator Program where you will be taught by a dedicated instructor who will ensure you understand the subject matter through both classroom time for the theory and floor time for the practical experience.  You’ll work on trucks while learning about them from some of the industries best and brightest technicians.

How it Works

When you are hired into the Technician Accelerator program, you will:

  • Become a Parts for Trucks employee
  • You will be enrolled in the apprenticeship program with the local community college or trade school
  • At Parts for Trucks, you’ll have a hybrid work schedule comprised of classroom time and shop time where you’ll learn everything to help prepare you for community college
  • You’ll have access to the Parts for Trucks Field Trainer who can assist you in education and guide you towards understanding
  • As you progress through your blocks, you’ll receive more attractive compensation packages larger than what your classmates will be receiving
  • When you complete your training and receive your Red Seal, at Parts for Trucks and will have the opportunity to continue your education and specialize within the trade
